Meet the Real Me..

Because I Can’t Niche Down—And That’s Okay

I’ve always been the type of person who sees something on YouTube and thinks, “I can totally do that!” Whether it’s trying the latest DIY, deciding to go from jet black to blonde overnight (yes, I did it—and if you want to know how to avoid losing all your hair, let me know!), or diving headfirst into Cricut Design Space, I can’t help but obsess over learning everything about it.

When I get into something, I go all in. I’m talking about learning every tip, trick, and hack to make it faster, easier, or cheaper—which usually means it ends up taking longer, being harder, and costing more. But that’s just me. I figure, if I’ve done all this research and learned the hard way, why not share it with others?

That’s why I started this blog. I want to share all the things I’ve learned—whether it’s how to get your homemade cinnamon rolls just right (seriously, I’ve got some great tips), the easiest way to cut leather with your Cricut (I’ve made the mistakes so you don’t have to), or what I’ve learned from running Etsy shops (hint: it’s a lot, and it wasn’t easy).

If you’re thinking, “Wow, this blog seems a little all over the place,” you’re absolutely right. But that’s because I’m a little all over the place—and that’s what makes me me. I’ve tried to “niche down,” as all the Internet experts advise, but it just didn’t feel right.

After two years of website paralysis (and paying for hosting without using it—ugh), I realized: I am my niche. Everything I love, everything I’ve learned, and everything I’m passionate about is what I want to share.

So, here I am. Sharing sewing tips (self-taught and proud!), Cricut hacks, Etsy advice, and anything else I’ve figured out along the way. I hope this blog helps you—whether it’s saving you time, avoiding my mistakes, or just giving you a little inspiration to try something new.

If you’ve made it this far, thank you for sticking around. I’d love to hear from you—whether you have a question I can help with or just want to say hi. And if I don’t have the answer, I’ll do my best to help you figure it out.

Let’s learn and figure things out together, one project at a time.
